You do not fly home and go back to how it was. The four days sit in the middle of a year that starts in November 2026 and runs through 2027, with coaching and accountability on both sides of it.
May · Yosemite Valley
Yosemite
21 miles, North Dome
A 3:30am wake up, a climb out of the valley on the Upper Yosemite Falls trail, and ten to twelve hours on your feet before you finish at Mirror Lake. Four months of training and coaching calls get you there.
October · South Rim
Grand Canyon
19 miles, rim to river
Down the South Kaibab to the Colorado River, then back up the Bright Angel to where you started, in a single day. Five thousand feet of climbing on the way out, in the heat, after you’ve already spent the morning descending. This is the trip men point at when they say they want proof.
